New flooring, furnishings, window treatments, countertops - everything is perfect. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony and view of the beach and ocean. The Kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances, a single basin sink, tile backsplash and quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is a wet bar with quartz counter top, tile back splash, barware and an ice maker. The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and view of the ocean. This bedroom has a King bed, and a TV. The updated master bath has a garden tub with tile surround and a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, a TV, and a private vanity with sink. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a TV, and a vanity with sink. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool. All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink. There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.
