Litchfield Retreat 511 offers stunning 5th-floor ocean views from the southeast corner of the building. Located in the South Wing closest to the beach, this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect coastal getaway.

The spacious living area features a large cable TV and oversized sliding glass doors that open to a private ocean-view balcony. As an end unit, the condo is filled with natural light, including a large dining area window with additional coastal views. The dining table seats six comfortably, with extra seating available at the breakfast bar.

The recently updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, creating an open and inviting atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining. The primary suite features a king bed, a wall of windows with ocean views, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, while bedroom three offers two twin beds and access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
