Advanced Reservation Information

Guest staying in the property this year have the first right to rent the same property and weeks again next year.  The advance reservation form must be completed and returned to our office prior to departure. This signed form, along with payment, confirms the property is tentatively reserved and cannot be booked by any other guests. The Advance Hold of $100 per rental week is applied towards the rental balance.  This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the property becomes unavailable. If payment is not received within 3 days the Reservation may be cancelled.  Rental Agreements are sent in November after owners have confirmed prices and availability. 

The property may be offered to other guests after check out.  Our website will allow online advance reservations 8 days after checkout.  This protects both weeks for guests who stay longer than 7 nights.
