Litchfield Retreat Rentals
This landmark building is located on the second row, and it is the only condominium community in the residential neighborhood of North Litchfield Beach. This is a favorite vacation spot known for its easy access to the beach right across the street and affordable weekly rates. Litchfield Retreat is a six floor building designed in a V-shape, giving ocean views from most of the 5th and 6th floor units. All Litchfield Retreat Rentals are designed with two and three bedrooms. All of the units on the 3rd floor are two story floor plans, and units on fourth, fifth and sixth floors are all on one level. Elevators service each floor, and there are coin operated laundry facilities and trash chutes on each floor.
Many of the units have been updated and totally renovated with new kitchens and baths. Each condominium features a living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door opening to a balcony. The master bedrooms have a wall of windows and nice views from the upper floors. The kitchens are fully equipped, and there is a dining area in each Litchfield Retreat unit. All units have cable TV and wireless internet. Litchfield Retreat offers beautifully manicured grounds, a large swimming pool, a picnic area with grills, and a shower area to rinse off the sand on the way back from the beach.
North Litchfield Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in South Carolina and is adjacent to Huntington Beach State Park with miles of beach lined by ocean waves on one side and sand dunes with sea oats on the other. This seven mile stretch of beach starts at the Murrells Inlet Jetties and continues South, to the inlet at the North end of Pawleys Island. Huntington Beach State Park also has a bike path through the woods up to Murrells Inlet, and Brookgreen Gardens is close by with garden tours and a world renowned sculpture collection. Restaurants are also nearby, offering fresh caught seafood and sizzling steaks. Plantation tours and historic home tours are available in Georgetown, SC, and Charlestown, SC is 70 miles South.
