The Grove Annual Rentals

Dear Residents of The Grove,

It has been a pleasure working with you over the past year. You belong to a wonderful community and we are thankful to have been a part of it. Many of you have met Jennifer with BrewTown Living, who has been onsite handling daily operations. She has done an awesome job and moving forward will also be serving as your rental contact.

Beginning Monday, May 15^th, please direct all correspondence directly through her office, including leasing and maintenance questions. She can be reached in person, by phone 843-999-1305, or jennifer@brewtownliving.com. All leases and deposits are being transferred to the property owner, BrewTown Living, LLC. We have enjoyed serving as their leasing agent and know that you will be in good hands working directly with them. You will also be glad to know that starting in June, all rent payments can be made in the onsite office or online. Jennifer will be following up soon with more details.

We are still around the corner and hope to bump into you as neighbors. We would love to help if you are looking to purchase a home or have guests needing a vacation rental! You can view available properties and prices anytime on our website.
