Private Elevator Terms and Conditions With The Dieter Company

Refundable Deposit of $500.00 is required for use of the elevator.
You will be given any additional keys required to operate the elevator at check-in. Guest must lock elevator door and return these keys to the office at check-out.

Rules for Elevator Use
Watch your step. Elevator cars are not always level with the door threshold.
Keep limbs, clothing, and bags away from gates and doors.
Children are not allowed in elevator without an adult under any circumstance.
Children and pets should be held firmly.
Guest may not exceed posted maximum capacity or weight limit at any time.
Do not use elevator if there is a fire in the home.

Helpful Tips for proper operation and to avoid a repair expense.
The folding gate must be completely shut for elevator to operate and the gate track must be clear of any debris. If gate is not closed then exterior shaft doors will not open.
All shaft doors must be shut for elevator to operate. Push on all doors to ensure they are securely closed.
The red stop button should always remain in the RUN position with the top part pushed in.
The 20 & 30 amp breakers in the main electrical panel must always be on for the elevator to operate.
Guest understands that the elevator operation cannot not be guaranteed.
