The main floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and a half bath. The living room has a large screen TV, and comfortable seating and an adjacent office with a desk for your laptop, if needed. The dining table seats 10, and there are 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a Carolina Room with a game table, or additional dining for 4, and a sofa adding extra living space for your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with French door refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer. Off the elegant foyer on the main floor is a master suite. Featuring a king bed, TV, and sitting area. The master bath has double sinks, a garden tub, walk-in shower. The top floor has the 2nd master suite with a king bed, TV, a sunroom and a private covered porch with a peek of the ocean. The top floor master bath has double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with single Trundle and a TV. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, TV, private covered porch with a peek of the ocean. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a connecting bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 5 has a king bed, TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination. No Smoking & No Pets. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
