The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large living area with tile floor, a fireplace; large bar area with microwave, mini-fridge and the laundry room has an extra refrigerator. There is an interior staircase for easy access to main floor, and the added benefit of ground level entry.
Heated Pool $600.00/week. (Pool Heater will not work if outside temperature is below 60 degrees) Whirlpool tub heated to 95 degrees included.
Other Amenities Include Internet, Cable TVs, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Baby Equipment, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, Enclosed Outside Shower, Private Swimming Pool, Ample Parking in Circle Driveway, Covered Area for 1 (small) Car.
