Captains Quarters D12

Captains Quarters D12 Oceanfront has a great view of the pool complex and features 3 bedrooms, 3 and bathrooms. This is a first floor unit and has a covered balcony with private stairs for quick and easy access to pool & beach, as well as access to the elevators from the ground floor lobby to all five floors of Captains Quarters. This unit is nicely furnished and well kept. It has wood grain LV Plank flooring throughout and tile floor in the bathrooms. The living area offers comfortable seating and view of Palms and the pool through a wall of windows and sliding glass door opening to the balcony. The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The large balcony allows for plenty of space to gather for a meal or afternoon snack while enjoying the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony, a TV and a king bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower, garden tub and vanity with double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This condo has an assigned covered parking space under the building.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
