Crescent D1E Oceanfront is a charming first-floor condo steps away from the beach, pool, and community amenities!! Step onto the covered balcony to tropical palm trees, pool views, and ocean vibes. You can head straight to the beach and outdoor amenities from the private balcony stairs—amazingly convenient throughout your stay! Take advantage of our private outdoor storage—spacious enough to store all your outdoor gear, such as surfboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It is conveniently located near the balcony stairs and reserved covered parking.
The condo features three well-appointed bedrooms with a private full bathroom and Roku TVs. All bedrooms have charging units with multiple outlets and USB ports. The primary bedroom offers beautiful tropical views with balcony access to comfy outdoor lounge chairs. The bathroom features double sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower with a removable shower head spray. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The dining table has seating for 4 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. It includes a Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, toaster oven, bakeware, bar accessories, and updated stainless steel appliances.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

The Crescent are single level condos with 3 and 4 bedrooms. First floor units in The Crescent have balconies with separate stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. First floor units have views of the pool, water features with fountains and some have peeks of the ocean. Upper floors feature full views of the ocean and beach. The Crescent features elevators, luggage carts, reserved covered parking, and a large pool complex with cabana, hot tub, beach showers on the boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea Clubhouse. This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach. Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool. Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests. Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach.
