Crescent D4E has a great view of the ocean, beach and pool from the balcony and interior rooms of the condo. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony, and favorite beverages in the evening. It's a beautiful view in the mornings, afternoons and nights!  This beautiful condo has a living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door out to the balcony. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and offers a view of the ocean! The bar area has a mini-fridge & freezer for beverages and snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations for your family and friends.  The master bedroom offers a view to the ocean with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that opens to the balcony. The master bath is beautifully renovated with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower.  The two guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  This condo has a reserved covered parking space underneath the building and there are two elevators that service all floors.    No Smoking. No Pets allowed. Check-In: Saturday Check-in during the Summer. 

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks.  For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.  

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Sandpiper Pools and beach accesses. 

The Crescent are single level condos with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Along with elevators that service all floors, first floor units in The Crescent have the added convenience of balconies with separate stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. First floor units have views of the pool, water features with fountains and some have peeks of the ocean. Upper floors feature full views of the ocean and beach.  The Crescent features a lobby with elevators, luggage carts, reserved covered parking, and a large pool complex with cabana, hot tub, beach showers on the boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

*Please note children in swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse.  This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach.  Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool.  Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests.  Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach.
