The custom beach house has two main level bedrooms and four top floor bedrooms. Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Single on main level; 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Single, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa on top floor. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished throughout all of the large rooms. Two oceanfront master bedrooms on top floor. Both have private bathrooms with whirlpool tub & separate shower. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator, covered parking, and covered staircase from the carport to the first floor. You will love the oceanview throughout the house, and from the large porches!  Amenities Include: Multiple TVs, Fireplace, Gas Grill, Wet Bar, Upstairs Den with Game Table, Enclosed Outside Showers. Guests enjoy Inlet Point South & Peninsula amenities including swimming pool and small boat ramp for creek excursions.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
