This beautiful beach house has multiple owners and limited weeks available for renters. Enjoy covered parking underneath the home, with a staircase from the carport to the first floor, and an elevator that stops at each floor of the raised beach house. Hardwood floors and pecky cyprus offer a warm and inviting calmness at the beach. Spacious open plan living area, dining and kitchen with views of the ocean, and multiple bedrooms also have ocean views. Bed sizes 3 Kings, 4 Queens, 2 Singles, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Living area has a Fireplace, and a Wet Bar Equipped with Icemaker and Wine Cooler. Other amenities: Multiple TVs, oceanfront screened porch, and sundecks. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. 

Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
