Egret View - Marshfront - Charlestown Grant - Egret View is a custom home built along the marshfront in the prestigious Charletowne Grant Community at Litchfield By The Sea. This house offers convenient access to all levels with an elevator, a covered exterior staircase and an interior staircase from the garage entrance. The garage area provides covered parking for 2 large vehicles, and there is parking for 1 car in the driveway. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
