Hazel Eyes Creekfront -  one of the best creek views at the beach! It looks straight out to Midway Inlet, and the saltwater creek and marsh. Enjoy the view with your morning coffee, watch the creek activity during the day and marvel at beautiful Litchfield Beach sunsets in the evenings with your favorite cocktail. There are wrap-around porches on the 1st and 2nd floors to enjoy the view. This home has creek access from the dock shared with 2 other homes, and the beach access is just one house away.  

Hazel Eyes is a custom built home significantly renovated in 2021 adding an extra bedroom on the top floor.  The unique reversed floor plan with the main living areas on the top floor maximizes views throughout the entire house. The living area, dining and kitchen all have a view of the creek and salt marsh. The kitchen has a gas stove, two dishwashers and lots of counter space for meal preparation. The wraparound porch is comfortably furnished, and there is a picnic table on the porch for outdoor dining with a view. 

The master suite is on the top floor. The master bath has a freestanding soaking tub and glass enclosed walk-in shower. There is another bedroom on the top floor with a bunk bed, and a half bath.

Downstairs (the 1st floor) features 4 bedrooms, access to porches and a wet bar with beverage fridge. Bedroom 3 has a creek view and opens to the porch. This bedroom has a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 4 also opens to the covered porch and has a king bed. The private bath has a glass enclosed, tiled, walk-in shower. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have access to the wraparound porch and a Jack and Jill bath where each of the bedrooms has a powder room, with a shared tub/shower combination.  

Hazel Eyes has covered parking underneath the home, and a staircase from the carport up to the 1st floor as well as an elevator. Other amenities include an enclosed outside shower, and a fish cleaning sink. This home shares a creek dock with 2 other homes, and the community swimming pool is across the street. The creek dock with a floating dock provides access for fishing, crabbing, or to launch your kayaks, paddle boards or jon boat.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.
