The dining area table seats six, as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is well equipped including a Keurig coffee maker. The main floor also features one bedroom and one bath. There is a king bed in the main floor bedroom. The main floor bath has been remodeled and has a tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs is one bedroom and one bath. The bedroom features 2 queen beds and there is a cot in the closet for additional sleeping arrangements. The updated bath has a tub/shower combination with tile surround and glass enclosure. The carport area has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach. This villa is just a short 4 minute walk to the beach access, the pool and tennis courts. Other features include Internet, Cable TVs, DVD, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Covered Parking, Central AC/Heat.
