There is parking available for cars under the house and in the driveway. All bedrooms are on the main floor of this one level raised beach home. Additional sleeping arrangements: Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a Crib.
2023 Updates - Totally refreshed this home! Removed carpet and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout; new dishwasher & stove, painted cabinets in kitchen, new dishes & cookware, new bathtubs & toilets in both bathrooms, new blinds. Updated the screened porch on creekside of house and painted furnishings, new cushions, and more!
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Litchfield Beach offers the best of both worlds - the ocean is on one side, and the saltwater creek and marsh on the other. As you turn off the highway and cross the bridge over the saltwater creek to Litchfield, you'll feel like you are miles away from the busy life. This is a neighborhood of residential homes and the gated Inlet Point community is on the southern top of Litchfield Beach. Litchfield Beach is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and boutiques of Pawleys Island, just 2 miles South.
