Inlet Point 11A Marshfront - overlooks the marsh and inlet creek at Litchfield Beach. This is an end unit, two-story condo with a covered entrance and foyer on the ground floor. The main floor features a large living area, spacious dining, kitchen and a beautiful view of the salt marsh and creek. Step out on the screened porch and sundeck to experience the view overlooking a habitat of shore birds, marsh grasses and occasional kayakers, paddle boarders and jon boat fishermen. Bring your binoculars!

Comfortably furnished, LVP flooring throughout, solid surface countertops in kitchen and baths. A great home for a wonderful vacation at the beach. Living area has plenty of seating. and it has a sliding glass door to the comfortably furnished screened porch and sundeck with chairs and bench seating.

Bedroom 1 is very spacious and has a king bed, and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, and there is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The ground floor bedrooms are also spacious. One has a king bed, the other has 2 singles, and both have a glass sliding door that opens to the patio. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination, and a laundry room that has an extra refrigerator. The foyer opens to a side porch entrance, and also there is a door into the carport area.

This condo is located in Building 11 and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock. There is an outdoor shower. 

Parking: This unit has carport parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Sunday during the Sunday. 
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.
