Inlet Point 17D - 2nd row at Inlet Point features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. It is very nicely furnished and fully equipped. Upgrades include granite in kitchen and baths, remodeled master bath with large shower and seamless glass enclosure. The living area has a wall of glass windows and doors that open to a screened porch and sundeck with peeks of the ocean.  Located on the 2nd floor of Building 17, this condo and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock. There is a covered staircase from the ground level parking area under the building.

Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer. 

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week.
