Bedroom 3 has 2 singles and a bath with tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Building 20 has an elevator, and there is reserved covered parking for 2 cars.

2023 - New living room furniture and upgraded TV mounted on the wall. This looks fabulous! This condo is located in Building 20 with an elevator, and it is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock.
Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
