Just For Fun Pet Friendly - This 6 bedroom, 3 bath home at North Litchfield is an easy 1 block walk to the beach. You'll have two screened porches one on the front and one on the back. Relax in a rocking chair and listen to the ocean waves on the front screened porch. The back porch has a patio dining table - perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a table that can seat 6 comfortably and a breakfast bar. There are four bedrooms on the main floor with connecting bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.
The bed sizes on the main floor are 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, and 2 Singles. The ground floor has two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination. These bedrooms have outside access only in the carport area. Each bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed. Amenities include multiple TVs, a fireplace, an outside enclosed hot/cold shower, a charcoal grill, and covered parking in the carport.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Hey Miriam, the washer and dryer are located in a seperate laundry room on the ground level. This are is accessed through the carport beside the ground level bedrooms.
