Lakeside Villa 50A - overlooks the saltwater Osprey Lake at Litchfield by the Sea. This is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath villa that offers a spacious interior and 2 screened porches for relaxing outdoors with a view.  The main floor offers a large kitchen with granite countertops and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends. There is a dining area, with seating for 6, and a living area that opens to the screened porch. The breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.  The master also opens up to the screened porch. One guest bedroom is on the main floor and a full bath with tub/shower combination. Upstairs is a large bedroom suite that opens to a private screened porch, a sitting area with TV, a tabletop arcade game and a large bath with a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the upstairs sitting area.

No Smoking and No Pets.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

The Lakeside Villas community offers duplex villas with enchanting architecture, special appointments, roomy floor plans, and a screened porch. All Lakeside vacation rentals are just a short walk to the beach, tennis courts and other resort activities. Lakeside has a beautiful pool area, with restrooms, and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and a morning coffee at Starbucks. Charcoal grills are not permitted in the Lakeside Villas Community.
