Litchfield Retreat 612 Is located on the 6th floor, in the South wing and has a great view out to the ocean from Litchfield Retreat's 2nd row location. Being on the top floor, this condo has a vaulted ceiling in the living area with a transom window above the wall of glass windows and door, giving it extra light and more spacious feeling. The sliding door opens to the covered balcony and view over the tree tops and out to the ocean. Nicely furnished throughout, the new owner has added many new accent pieces, artwork, bedspreads and lamps, all with a coastal theme. Updates include luxury VP flooring and beautifully renovated kitchen. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining table that seats 6 and the breakfast bar has two barstools. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV and a wall of glass windows with a view out to the ocean. The private bath has a tub-shower combination. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single bed. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
