Litchfield Retreat 615

Litchfield Retreat 615 is on the top floor and located in the South wing of the building with a view over the tree tops out to the ocean. Nice and spacious with vaulted ceiling in the living area and lots of natural light from the wall of windows and sliding glass door to the balcony, and the transom window above. The covered balcony has a view out to the ocean. This condo is very nicely furnished and updated throughout. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and a French door refrigerator. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV and a wall of floor to ceiling windows and ocean view. The private bath has updated vanity and granite countertop, and the tub shower combination has a tiled surround. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, and a TV. The hall bath has an updated vanity with granite countertop and tub shower combination with tiled surround. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sofa in the living area converts to a queen bed.  

No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts.

There is plenty of parking available.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp
