This beach house is wonderfully located directly across from beach access - it even has a partial view of the ocean. New updates include fenced yard and beautiful patio area with fire pit and pergola. With a classic Litchfield floorplan, the spacious living room provides access to the 3 main floor bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area. The large ocean-facing porch is partially covered and can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom. The two lower level bedrooms have outside access only from the covered parking. There are 2 enclosed outside showers, 2 Decks, Flat Screen Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Gas and Charcoal Grill with a Smoker.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Dog Friendly with additional pet rent.
