Amenities Include: Wireless Internet, Large Screen Cable TVs, DVD, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Laundry Room on the main level, Covered Parking, Grill, Ground level stoarge and Enclosed outside Shower, Central AC/Heat. No Smoking and No Pets
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
