The Living Room has a Fireplace, Wet Bar with Icemaker, and Glass Doors to Large Screened Porch and Spectacular Ocean view. The 7 bedrooms are arranged with 3 on main floor, 3 on the top floor, and 1 is ground level (with outside access only). Large master suite on the top floor offers a sitting area with Oceanfront view, a Wet Bar with Mini Fridge, and Coffee Maker, His and Hers Bath with Whirlpool. 

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
