This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private, single-home villa has an open floorplan that boasts a wall of windows for the view, and a vaulted ceiling with skylights to enjoy mother nature and lots of natural light. Prime location on the lake and near the paved pathway leading to the beach. It is approximately a 6.5 minute walk to the beach and less than 3 minutes to the community pool on Oyster Catcher Island.

The main floor provides water views from the living area, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends, and there is ample seating arrangements in the living area as well as the furnished outdoor space on the patio overlooking the lake, and the roof top deck. Plan on a relaxation vacation with your friends and family as you enjoy your time at the beach. 

This home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, and one upstairs. The master bedroom is on the main floor, and opens to a private screened porch. The master bath has a walk-in shower.  The other main floor bedroom has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination with tiled surround and a grab bar. The upstairs loft bedroom opens to a deck and the staircase to the roof top deck with panoramic view. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Other Amenities Include: Outside shower to rinse off the sand from a day on the beach and ground level storage access to store beach gear

2024 Updates: - New electric stove, Newly faced kitchen cabinets, doors and drawer fronts. New floor to ceiling windows, New table, and new chairs outside downstairs.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
