Sandpiper Run A3H - Breathtaking - Direct Oceanfront Views!  Enjoy your mornings, afternoons and evenings with views of the beach and ocean from two balconies in this top floor, 2-story condo. Enter on the main floor featuring the living and dining areas, along with the kitchen, laundry room and a half bath.  The living area has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and unobstructed view of the ocean. There is a wet bar with ice maker in the dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks for your family and friends. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master suite opens to the top floor oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  This condo has a Reserved Covered Parking Space (north garage).

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Sandpiper Pools and beach accesses.
*Please note children in swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.

Sandpiper Run A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  Sandpiper Run condos have an ocean view and feature 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view. Building A features unique two-story townhouse-style floor plans in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations.  Building B consists of single level, 3 bedroom units only.  Enjoy an ocean view from the living room, balcony, and primary bedroom with its own private balcony. There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse.  This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach.  Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool.  Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests.  Amenities include landscaped grounds, fountain pools, paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic & grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach. 
*Please note Sandpiper Run A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above. There are reserved, uncovered parking spaces for all units.
