Shipyard Village A38 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village A38 Oceanfront has beautiful views of the beach, ocean and the pool from this South wing location. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, this condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining table has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 2 additional seats. The living room has laminate wood flooring, floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that opens to the shaded balcony and beautiful view of the ocean and back to the pool. The dining area has a wet bar with icemaker. The primary bedroom has a wall of windows with a view out to the ocean. The primary bath features a garden tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have private vanities with sinks and share the hall bathroom. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.
