Shipyard Village A41 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village A41 Oceanfront is beautifully renovated and updated throughout. The oceanfront, end unit location in the North wing offers great ocean and beach views. You can see the ocean when you walk in the door! The living area has a wall of windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony. The dining area has a wet bar and the kitchen is updated with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. The dining table has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has 2 additional seats. Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows and view of the ocean. The private bathroom is remodeled with a garden tub and tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink. The hall bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Amenities include Reserved Covered Parking. 

2024 Updates: New HVAC, updated bedding in the 3rd bedroom, new artwork in the dining area, 2 new adirondack chairs to the porch, new large TV in the 2nd bedroom

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Shipyard Pools and beach accesses.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms.
