The living area has floor to ceiling windowns and sliding door that opens to an oceanfront balcony and spectacular ocean view. Enjoy the master suite which offers a gorgeous view of the ocean and spacious master bathroom that has a large walk in shower.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool. All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view. The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink. There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
