Other Amenities Include; Cable TVs, Wireless Internet, Whirlpool Tub, Fireplace, Wet Bar w/Icemaker, Ceiling Fans, Elevator, and a Private Pool. Three minute walk to the beach - easy access.
Updates 2024: New dining room table, chairs, renovated 4 bathrooms with new walk-in showers with glass enclosures
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
