Warwick 204 Oceanfront This Spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and the pool below from the large, private balcony. The living area has multiple floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to a wrap around balcony and magnificent view. This is an extra spacious "wedge" unit with direct oceanfront views. The large foyer area leads to the open concept floor plan in the living area, dining room and the kitchen. Along with gorgeous views of the ocean there is plenty of seating, and there is a sleeper sofa with additional queen bed. The dining area has a wet bar and the kitchen is fully equipped and updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that seats 4. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a full sized washer and dryer. This unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront. The master has a king bed, TV, a window view of the ocean and a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view.  The master bath has two sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.  Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony and the view. This bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TV and a bath with a tub/shower combination.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
