Windrush - an architecturally designed beach house featuring a unique floor plan with 4 bedrooms, each with an adjacent private bath. Located in North Litchfield, this home is nestled amongst the trees on a wooded lot and features great outdoor living spaces - a large deck and screened porches - as well as great gathering spaces inside. Enjoy mornings and evenings sitting on the East facing deck, or screened porch Enjoy listening to ocean waves, bird watching, and just socializing with friends and family. Architectural features of this home include a living area ceiling that vaults up to the second floor loft and lots of tall windows letting in natural light and views of the lowcountry wooded surroundings.  There are seasoned heart pine floors, wood paneling on walls, and an open plan living area on the main floor. A sitting area is in the loft upstairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a view out to the deck.

The master bedroom with a private bath, is located on the main floor plus one guest room with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a daybed.

The 2nd floor features a loft sitting area, and a small screened porch with a rocking chair. There are two bedrooms and two baths are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed. 

There is a covered staircase entry from the carport to the main level.  An enclosed outside hot/cold shower is located on the main floor deck.

Plan your beach vacation in this wonderful North Litchfield house. Beach access is just one block away. Amenities include enhanced cable TVs (4), including large Smart TV in the living room for streaming, WiFi , Ceiling Fans, 2 Screened Porches, Sundeck, Enclosed Outside Hot/Cold Shower, Charcoal Grill, and Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
