The Somerset community at Litchfield by the Sea offers a variety of vacation rental condos to choose from. Select oceanfront locations in The Fordham, The Cambridge, The Warwick and Hamilton, and ocean view locations in The Paget and Whitney Parrish. All condos have open floor plans with split bedroom design, and assigned parking under the building. End units have windows in the dining area allowing lots of natural light and views. Guests have access to four swimming pools, as well as jetted tubs, and kiddie pools. Guests also enjoy the many amenities at Litchfield by the Sea including beach access, tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, marsh overlook, miles of walking/jogging paths and 24 hour security gate.
