You can go crabbing, boating, fishing, and clean up your catch in the fish sink right on the dock. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 3 interior living areas, and multiple outdoor living spaces so there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The main floor has an open plan living and dining area, and an adjacent Carolina room and screened porch overlooking the saltwater canal. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a wide covered porch on the front of the home. All 3 bedrooms on the main floor have king beds, cable TV, and private bathrooms. There is an interior staircase leading downstairs to the ground floor den, with a TV and queen sleeper sofa, and two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has 2 bunkbeds (singles) and the other bedroom has 2 double beds. Other amenities Include Gas Grill, Outside Shower. 

Updates 2023 - Upstairs: new dining table and chairs, new screened porch furniture, new washer/dryer, new bedspreads, shower curtains. Downstairs: new furniture in den, new bedding downstairs.  Outside: new furniture for covered patio area, new dock on canal

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

Litchfield Beach offers the best of both worlds - the ocean is on one side, and the saltwater creek and marsh on the other. As you turn off the highway and cross the bridge over the saltwater creek to Litchfield, you'll feel like you are miles away from the busy life. This is a neighborhood of residential homes and the gated Inlet Point community is on the southern top of Litchfield Beach. Litchfield Beach is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and boutiques of Pawleys Island, just 2 miles South.
