Description

Compass Point 112 - Beautiful privately owned beach house built in the "Low Country" style, with two stories and an open side porch. Great location in the gated oceanfront community of Litchfield by the Sea, this home is across from a freshwater pond with a fountain and very close to the pool. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is custom finished with hardwood flooring throughout, beadboard wainscoting, and plantation shutters. Very nicely furnished and decorated, the main floor features an open floorplan in the dining, living and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with Quartz countertops and gas stove. The kitchen is open to the dining area and there is a breakfast bar. The master bedroom suite is located on the main level and the master bathroom has double sinks, and a combination tub/shower. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a hall bath with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 singles plus a bunk bed with 2 singles. The front porch is equipped with rockers, and there is an enclosed outside shower on the ground level along with a picnic/grill area and covered parking for two cars. This home is equipped with a Gas Range, Fireplace (gas), Gas Grill, and a Pack-n-Play. Guests have access to the Compass Pool and Litchfield by the Sea amenities including tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, private access to miles of beach. No Pets. No Smoking.

2024 Updates - Remodeled master bath with new walk-in shower, vanity with two sinks, countertop, upstairs bath painted and new countertop, kitchen painted, updated kitchen with new gas stove, refrigerator, microwave. New Living Room Furniture.

2023 Updates - New king bed in master bedroom, and new king bed in bedroom 2 upstairs, new kitchen counter tops.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to the Compass Point Pool.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

From Homeaway.... Spacious and comfortable We walked in the front door and were pleasantly surprised by the dimensions of the main living area. In fact, all of the rooms had generous proportions and the home was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It is located on a cul-de-sac with a small lake and swimming pool across the street. The house is well shaded with natural daylight provided by its many windows. The beach is spectacular and within an easy walking distance by way of its well maintained walking/biking paths. There is a club house, rockers, washrooms and outside showers for rinsing off the sand. Great location!

Hi There, With this unit you would have access to the compass point pools only.

Have the mattresses been replaced? This seems to be a common comment recently that they are uncomfortable.
