Inlet Point 12C is completely renovated - upstairs and down. Featuring screened porch and sundeck overlooking the marsh, and just a short walk to the beach and pool. This two story, remodeled townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The foyer, two bedrooms, one bath, and the laundry room are on the ground floor. Upstairs features an open plan living area, dining area, kitchen, along with two bedrooms and two baths. The living area opens to a screened porch and sundeck overlooking the marsh and creek. Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and has a king bed. The private bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a double bed and a single bed. The hall bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a king bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms on the ground floor open to a deck and marsh view. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This condo has covered parking.

Updates 2023 - All new beds, all bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs, 2nd refrigerator in laundry room.

This condo is located in Building 12 and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock. 

Parking: This unit has carport parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday during Summer 
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.
