Litchfield Retreat 516 - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the 5th floor in the south wing of the building. Comfortably furnished for a relaxing time at the beach. After a day on the beach, enjoy the view of the ocean from the balcony off the living area. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that opens to the balcony. The dining table has seating for 8. Bedroom 1 has floor to ceiling windows and a view to the ocean. There is a king bed in this bedroom, and the private bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Amenities include a port-a-crib, highchair, 2 covered parking spaces.
No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts.
There is plenty of parking available.
2024 Updates - Kitchen & Bathroom Faucets. All new bedspreads. New living room and master bedroom drapes. Plantation shutters in both guest bedrooms, Keurig coffee maker. Ground level storage not available.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat.
North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
